Rachel Friedman - Family Medicine

Rachel Friedman is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who completed her training at the University of Colorado (2015) and Johns Hopkins University (2009). She has been practicing as an FNP for four years.

She received her national certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Prior to being an FNP, she was an inpatient pediatric nurse for six years. She started with District Medical Group in 2019 providing primary care to patients at Valleywise Health. Prior to moving to Phoenix, she lived in Oakland, CA where she completed a one-year nurse practitioner residency program. Rachel enjoys working with patients of all ages. When she is not working, Rachel enjoys traveling, rock climbing, and biking.
