Anne Henderson, MD, FACS, is a District Medical Group physician and provides Vascular services in the Surgery Clinic at Valleywise Comprehensive Health Center – Phoenix.
Dr. Henderson, formerly Dr. Klemens, is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery as well as the Vascular and Endovascular Surgical Society.
Dr. Henderson has been in practice for several years as a vascular surgeon and is experienced in treating adult patients with all types of vascular disease. Her passion includes endovascular aneurysm repairs, and she is working to develop the vein clinic at Valleywise Health.
Dr. Henderson obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology at California Lutheran University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from the Creighton School of Medicine in Omaha, NE. Dr. Henderson completed a General Surgery residency at Valleywise Health Medical Center and then pursued further training in Vascular Surgery at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.
